By accessing and using FlagFix AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. AI Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Outcome
Predictive Nature: FlagFix AI uses artificial intelligence to identify potential violations based on current platform guidelines (TikTok, etc.). AI is inherently probabilistic and not 100% accurate.
No Guarantee: FlagFix AI does not guarantee that your content will be free from shadowbans, flags, or account deletions. The final decision on content compliance rests solely with the social media platform’s internal moderation systems.

3. Use License
Permission is granted to use FlagFix AI for the purpose of scanning content for compliance. You may not:
- Modify or copy the proprietary scanning logic or code.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without an active Pro/Enterprise subscription.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FlagFix AI.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall FlagFix AI, its founders, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profit, or account bans/deletions on third-party platforms) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. Even if FlagFix AI has been notified of the possibility of such damage, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on FlagFix AI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FlagFix AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
